I recommend 2 sessions per week to get the best results, however if your already active you could drop to 1 or if your very inactive you could increase to 3/4 to get quicker results.
A lot of my sessions make it possible to bring your children along. All classes except the shredding for summer class.
Sessions can be rescheduled within 48 hours, anything below 48 hours session will be lost with full payment taken.
