Small Group Programmes

Here at Duke Fitness we have a variety of different small group programmes, trying to make it easy and accessible for everyone. Every programme runs for 4 weeks and you get access to two sessions per week. See below times:

– Monday and Friday 6:30am
– Monday and Friday 9:30am (Kids welcome)
– Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm

Included in the price, you will receive the below:

I cap the groups at 10 participants in order for me to give you the best support possible.

I recommend 2 sessions per week to get the best results, however if your already active you could drop to 1 or if your very inactive you could increase to 3/4 to get quicker results.

A lot of my sessions make it possible to bring your children along. All classes except the shredding for summer class.

Sessions can be rescheduled within 48 hours, anything below 48 hours session will be lost with full payment taken.
